Hamish brings to his coaching a broad range of leadership experience, having held several management roles in engineering R&D, technical sales and customer support. He worked for over a decade in the tech world of Silicon Valley and then in research management and as a leadership coach with Intel Corporation in Oregon. He believes great leaders are the key to great companies and organizations, and his passion for growing those leaders led to a transition to full time coaching. 

Hamish’s style is one of honesty, curiosity and action-orientation. He is passionate about personal transformations and finding answers to “what if?” Clients appreciate the close collaborative partnership he forms, a partnership that explores their professional desires and challenges. He helps clients discover opportunities for growth, creating a journey that leads to increased organizational impact, meaningful change and fulfillment. 

​Since attaining his coaching certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and the International Coaching Federation, Hamish has coached and developed leaders across many diverse teams in the US, as well as China, India, and Europe.

​A native kiwi from New Zealand, Hamish is a passionate explorer and has traveled broadly. Outside of coaching he loves playing squash, getting out on the mountain bike and watching test cricket.
